No, counselling helps people deal with past problems where as coaching is present-future focussed looking at what is currently stopping clients to feel content or achieving their full potential. Coaching has accountability and is action orientated.

Where Does the Coaching Session Take Place?

Coaching sessions can be done online or face to face.

Can I Book an Intake Session?
